BALANCE $128 min $50 reached REQUEST WITHDRAW

Everything about getting paid lives on one page: Payment. It carries your balance, your payout account, the withdrawal form and the full history.

How a conversion becomes money

  1. A visitor completes an offer.
  2. The offer provider sends us a conversion postback.
  3. We record the conversion and credit your account.
  4. The amount becomes part of your available balance.

Credit follows the provider's confirmation, not the click. A click with no confirmed conversion behind it is never money, which is why the click count and the earnings figure are different numbers and are supposed to be.

Some conversions are held briefly for review. That is a fraud control, it applies to a small minority, and the balance reflects it once the review clears.

The threshold

A withdrawal can only be requested once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, shown on the Payment page. The platform default is $50, and your account may have its own figure if one was agreed.

Below the threshold the balance simply keeps accumulating. Nothing expires.

Before you can withdraw

Two things must be true:

  1. Your available balance is at or above the threshold.
  2. Your payout account is verified and connected. See Verify your identity for what each status means and which one actually releases money.

If the withdraw button is unavailable, the Payment page states which of the two is missing. It is nearly always the second.

Request the payout

Open Payment, choose your method, enter the amount and submit. The request appears in your history immediately with its status, and moves through processing to paid.

Processing time depends on the method and, for a first payout, on the provider's own checks. A first withdrawal is routinely slower than every one after it.

Your statement

Every completed withdrawal has a statement, reachable from the history row. It records what actually landed, in which currency, and the reference a bank can look up. That reference, not our internal id, is the thing to quote if you need your bank to trace a payment.

Use the statement rather than the requested figure when you reconcile: currency conversion and provider fees are applied at settlement, so the amount that arrives can differ from the amount requested, and the statement is the record of what happened.

When a payout does not arrive

Work down this list in order:

  1. Check the status in your history. Processing is not stuck; it is in progress.
  2. Check the statement, if there is one. A statement means the money left.
  3. Check the destination details match your verified identity. A payout to an account in a different name is the most common late-stage failure.
  4. Then contact support with the withdrawal reference. With that reference we can see exactly where it is; without it we are guessing.

Referral earnings

Commission from publishers you referred is credited to the same balance and withdraws the same way. There is no separate referral payout to request.
